My husband ha...I can't wait to try this recipe! My husband has hated artichokes every since we tried buying them whole and then baking them - needless to say the word used to describe that recipe disaster was "scratchy" (from all of the cactus like fibers on the inside). Not exactly a word you want associated with a recipe.
